Shipping, returns and refunds
How long does shipping take?
Orders may take between 15 to 35 days to process and ship, depending on your location. Please note that during busy periods like holiday seasons or special events you may experience slightly longer waiting times due to the large volume of orders we receive.
Where do you ship?
We offer worldwide shipping to any and every country.
What is the return and refund process?
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability as every return has a carbon footprint. To start the refund process, please send us a picture of the item(s) to email@example.com and let us know why you would like a refund. After confirming that you are eligible for a full refund, you can either keep the item, or you might want to donate it
How will I know if my order has been shipped?
Please allow up to 7 days for us to process and ship your order. After we have sent out your order, you will receive an email with shipping updates and a tracking number. Do check your spam or promotions folders in case you cannot find the email.
Why isn't the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email working?
If the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email has an error, you can head over to the tracking page on our store website and key in your order number(not the tracking number) and the email you used to place your order to track your order. However, if you face any further issues, feel free to contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you just need an email address to place and track orders. However, we strongly encourage you to create an account as it allows for a faster checkout next time plus you will be notified whenever we have a sale or special event!
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you may be able to cancel your order if we have not processed it yet. If you want to cancel your order, please do it ASAP after placing it as we cannot cancel it after processing and shipping the order. To cancel your order, kindly send an email to email@example.com using the email address you placed the order with, with the subject title "CANCEL ORDER" and state your order number. If the order has not been processed and shipped out, we will be able to cancel and refund your order. However, if your order has already been processed and shipped out, we will unfortunately not be able to cancel and refund your order.
Why can't I find my order confirmation email?
Sometimes order confirmation and shipping update emails may be stuck under your spam or promotions folder. Please make sure to check all your email folders. However, if you still cannot find it, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I know if a product is on promotion?
Items that are labelled as sale are eligible for a promotion. If a minimum spend applies, this must be spent in a single transaction.
How do I apply a promo code?
Depending on the promo code and whether you meet the requirements, it may be automatically applied or you may have to manually enter it in at checkout.
