Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund. Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability as every return has a carbon footprint.

Refunds

We have a 30-day refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. To be eligible for a full refund, please send us a picture of the item to customerservice@domiico.com. After that, you can either keep the item, or you might want to donate it. We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it may take up to 10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

*We are not liable for any packaging damage due to shipping and handling unless the Pocket Wind itself is faulty or damaged due to manufacturing. Hence, we hope to seek your understanding that we will unfortunately not be able to provide a refund for that reason.
