After you have placed an order, fulfilment takes 3-6 business days before shipping, where you will receive an email. Before your order has been shipped, you can still make changes to shipping address, or cancel the order by sending us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org. However, if your order has been shipped, it is not possible to edit or cancel the order.

Once we have processed and shipped out your order, you will receive an email with the tracking information. Additionally, you can visit the order tracking page in our website to track your order.
Refunds & Returns
All sales are final and we do not accept any returns. However, if you wish to cancel/modify your order, please email us at email@example.com, or drop us a DM on our Instagram @domiico ASAP so we can make the necessary amendments. Unfortunately, once we have processed your order, we are unable to cancel/amend/refund your order.
If you received a defective item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID, name and email address used to place the order, and pictures showing the defect if applicable. Further instructions will be given within 1-2 days.
We will not be liable for any lost/missing/stolen/damaged mail. If this unfortunate situation arises, please contact the carrier used to deliver your order to you.
If you entered the wrong address or contact details, your order will be sent back to our facility, and you will be liable for the reshipment cost.
